Founded in 1980, PETA is dedicated to establishing and protecting the rights of all animals. PETA operates under the simple principle that animals are not ours to eat, wear, experiment on, or use for entertainment.  PETA works through public education, cruelty investigations, research, animal rescue, legislation, special events, celebrity involvement, and protest campaigns.

Founded in 1985, Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine is a nonprofit organization supported by physicians and laypersons.  They encourage higher standards for ethics and effectiveness in research.  They oppose unethical human experiments and also promote non-animal methods in medical education. Out of the Pits
Out of the Pits, a non-profit organization founded in 1996, is dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of those Pit Bulls that have been abandoned and abused. They seek to educate the public about the true nature of the Pit Bull and to restore the breed to its former position of esteem in the hearts and minds of people everywhere.  Please visit their website to learn more about this very unjustly maligned breed.  50% of all retail & online sales of our cat & dog bowls is donated to “Out of the Pits” in Daisy’s honor!
